AUDIO RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS

Academic Federal Credit Union’s audio response system is accessible to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Simply dial 914-923-7552.

Definitions:	Member Number	= the 5 or 6-digit account number found on your statement at the top of the fourth column labeled Account Number.
	Audio Identification number	= the last four digits of your social security number.

All Callers:

• Select English or Spanish, for English press 1 and for Spanish press 2.
• System Greeting “Welcome to the Academic Federal Credit Union audio teller. For financial and balance transactions press 1.” (All other options are informational not interactive.)
• Enter your member number followed by the pound key.
• Enter your Audio Identification number followed by the pound key.

First time Callers:

• Enter your member number followed by the pound key.
• Enter your Audio Identification number followed by the pound key.
• A prompt will ask you to CHANGE to a new Audio Identification Number
• Enter your NEW Audio Identification number.
• Enter your New Audio Identification number again to reconfirm it.
• The system will reset your Audio ID and ask you to sign in again from the beginning.
• Enter your member number followed by the pound key.
• Enter your New Audio Identification number followed by the pound key.

Main Menu
You now may use the system. For share transactions press 1, for share draft transactions press 2, to change your Audio Identification number press 6, if you have completed your final transaction press 8 to hear menu again press 9 to disconnect press * (star).
